We are a diverse practice with a variety of projects, both local and international. Our specialty is high end country homes and their interiors. We also specialize in corporate interiors for Entrepreneurs, the high tech, fitness and day care industry.
This position is both design and technically oriented requiring an individual with superior creative design skills as well technical capability. Candidate shall be a graduate of Architecture with min 3 years relevant North American experience in residential and wood frame construction.
You will be an assistant to the partners, and also be involved in many aspects of the administration and management of the firm. You will learn the basics of running a small practice. You will be responsible for the day to day aspects of running a project, including client contact, budgets, contract document preparation, and contractor communication.
The successful applicant will be a team player who works well with clients of diverse backgrounds. You possess great organizational and leadership skills. You demonstrate balance and integrity in all aspects of your work. You are able to approach all situations with creativity while understanding the financial implications of all design decisions. It is imperative that you have strong English written and verbal communication skills, as well as CAD experience.
