The Ideal Environment has created five new models for Royal Homes. They are designed to fit on a variety of lot types, in a range of sizes, containing all the top features that cottagers want. Each design has a covered entrance porch, a large screened porch, generous entrances with mud rooms and pantry storage. The interiors have open concept kitchen, eating and living areas with great views and interesting raised ceilings. They will offer top quality finishes as part of the basic package; hardwood floors in the living areas, ceramic entrances and bathrooms, wood ceiling features, natural finished wood windows, doors and trim and kitchens with islands and high quality cabinets. Outside they will have low maintenance prefinished wood siding, traditional wide trim windows with divided muntins, porch columns and wood details.
The Balsam A is a classic 1-1/2 storey design with a loft overlooking the living room from the second floor. It has a master bedroom suite on the ground floor, and a cofferred ceiling in the living and dining rooms. 1950 SF with 210 SF screened porch.
The Balsam B has a similar ground floor plan to the Balsam A, but does not have an overlook from the second floor loft to the ground floor. 1850 SF with 210 SF screened porch.
The Bayfield is a three bedroom bungalow. 1510 SF with 210 SF screened porch.
Our smallest model in the Portfolio, the Buckhorn has all its major rooms stretched out along the view side of the house with three bedrooms on the second floor. 1485 SF with 210 SF screened porch.
Designed for narrow lots, the Chandos is only 30' wide without the screened porch. Main floor master bedroom with two bedrooms on the second floor, and a split level entrance for sloping sites.
